Donna Marriott (Senior Consultant)

Donna comes to Diverse Training Concepts from her current role within the ANZ Banking Group as a Service Quality Manager, whose main function is educating, training and work place assessments along with other HR functions for some 74 Staff.

Previous to the 5 years with ANZ she has had over 21 years experience as a NSW Police Officer ranging from General Duties, Investigations and Adult Education.

During the last 8 years of her service with the NSW Police she was involved in the education, training and development at Command level with some 94 staff, and promoted through to Regional Training Co-ordinator, responsible for oversighting, planning and structuring training for 1500 sworn and unsworn officers.

Donna was certified to instruct on Incident and Emergency Management, Investigators and Detectives training. Donna has had first hand exposure to course design and accreditation. Namely the design and accreditation of Investigations conducted by Detectives within the NSW Police Force, this training was acknowledged under the Australian Quality Training Framework and classified by reviewing agencies.

Donnas' strengths are her communications skills that set her apart from other trainers – creating instant rapport with learners, facilitators and SMEs to gain the best result for course participants. She ensures that there is ample support for the learners upon returning to the workplace so that the new skill can be developed and utilised.

Donna is also a current and serving member to our community within her role as a Justice of the Peace. Donna is excited about offering her experience into the public sector of education as a Senior Consultant with Diverse Training Concepts, through this Registered Training Organisation.
